4. The worktable glass and paint surface of the vision measuring machine are dirty, they can be wiped clean with neutral detergent and water. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise, the paint surface will lose its luster.
5. The LED light source of the vision measuring machine has a long service life, but when a light bulb burns out, please notify the manufacturer and a professional will replace it for you.
6. The precision components of the vision measuring machine, such as the imaging system, worktable, optical ruler and Z-axis transmission mechanism, need to be precisely adjusted. All adjustment screws and fastening screws have been fixed.Customers should not disassemble it by themselves. If there is any problem Please notify the manufacturer to resolve.
7. The software of the vision measuring machine has made accurate compensation for the error between the table and the optical ruler, please do not change it by yourself. Otherwise, erroneous measurement results will be produced.
8. All electrical connectors of the vision measuring machine cannot usually be unplugged. Improper connection may affect the function of the instrument at least, and may damage the system at worst.
